Prince Cleveland is a native Alabamian who has dedicated his life to servant leadership and effecting positive change in his community. He grew up in Bessemer where he graduated from Jess Lanier High School. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Administration degrees from The University of Alabama.
Prince believes that power rests with the people and our best way to shape our community is through participation in the electoral process. He believes that our right to free and fair elections should be protected.
When he hears the call of service, Prince answers. He is an active member of New Hope Baptist Church. He currently serves on the UAB Minority Health and Health Disparities Research Center Young Professionals Board, The Blackburn Institute Advisory Board, The University of Alabama Community Affairs Board of Advisors, and the American Legion Alabama Boys State Program. He serves on the board of directors for the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship of Alabama and is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Prince is also a member of the Alabama Leadership Initiative’s 2019 Class.
